My mother's computer is fixed! Mine still has to be sent back but now this means it's just going to be me and the brother splitting this one, which means a loooot more opportunity to get on. YAY.

Tonight is for fucking around and bed soon. Tomorrow is Yuletide and powering through most of the editing stuff left. After that I will try to catch up on aaaall the missed days on the December meme.

I checked your AO3 fanfic to see what fandoms you write.

"Telepathy" in Firefly -- the real reason River ain't quite right is because she hears everything and people's heads are full of nastiness. She has to hunt for the good parts to remind herself that people are worth being around.

"Friendship" in Sherlock -- the subtle ways that John and Sherlock change each other for the better as they grow together.

"Kraken" in Harry Potter -- the giant squid at Hogwarts. Squid are pretty smart; I think it would be cool if the squid figured out what Voldemort was up to and started picking off his Death Eaters.
